• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Associate member of professional accounting bodies is an advantage
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ or above relevant accounting with some audit experience preferable
• Responsible for general daily accounting on billing and accounting operations
• Handle general income duties including merchant receipts reconciliations, allocation of revenue to accounting ledger codes, identify and follow up unknown/outstanding receipts
• Prepare journals and schedules as required
• Perform data entry, general clerical works and document filing
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excels, Powerpoint and English & Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge on Flex System would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, committed and with a strong sense of responsibility in completing tasks on schedule
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
