Responsibilities

-  Manage day to day accounting operation, booking keeping (GL/AP/AR) and documentation record for 2  entities (Hong Kong and Singapore)
-   Prepare monthly cash report according to bank statement and upload to Fin system
-   Prepare payment set up in banks
-   Perform bank reconciliation and key account reconciliation
-  Liaise for banking issue including but not limited to account opening / closure,  user id application, bank signature update, bank transaction inquiry etc.
-    Assist and coordinate for statutory audit
-    Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Controller

 Requirements

-    Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance 
-    Above 2 years accounting working experience (Hong Kong)
-    Accuracy and efficiency to handle daily routine is required
-    Reasonable command of Written and oral English
-    Skills of Micro-soft Excel
-    Previous experience in service industry is preferred
