Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle a full set of accounts
• Responsible for month-end closing, management reports including schedules 
• Checking and processing all payments including staff expenses claims
• Follow-up customers' settlement
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor  required

 Job Requirements:

• Form 7, diploma or higher diploma with at least 2 years working experience of in Accounting field 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Accounts Clerk
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Matured, well organized, able to work under pressure and independently
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to learn
• Proficient in PC skills of Microsoft Office, Chinese word processing, and good in excel is necessary
• Immediate availability and knowing how to use Flex and Peachtree System are definitely an advantage
