Responsibilities:

-       Handle daily accounting operations i.e. journal entries, prepare vouchers, invoicing, expenses, cheque issuing, petty cash, etc

-       Provide general support in accounting for AP and AR functions

-       Prepare reconciliations of bank accounts and inter-company accounts

-       Assist in month end closing

-       Assist in annual audit, taxation and cash flow management

-       Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

-       F.5/HKDSE with LCCI Intermediate or above qualification

-       Knowledge in logistic industry is an advantage

-       Well versed in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting system

-       1-2 years relevant working experience

-       Good Command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

-       Good team player with can-do attitude, well organized, strong sense of responsibility and willing to work overtime to meet with tight deadlines

-       Fresh graduates are also welcome

-       Immediate available is preferred
