Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations including prepare accounting vouchers and general ledger entries, intercompany reconciliation, documents filing and maintain proper accounting records independently for the company and its affiliated companies
• Timely conduct month-end accounting reports and analysis for management review
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation and follow up outstanding matters
• Provide support for annual audit, tax computation and prepare reporting package for external auditors
• Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the department
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and book-keeping
• Matured, well organized, able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• Experienced in IPO process is preferred
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Good PC skills especially proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
