Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall tax compliance profile of the Group including tax return filings, tax payments and tax disputes etc
• Current and deferred tax provision calculations
• Provide international tax advice to internal business partners on operational matters (e.g. new business models, sales and procurement contracts etc.)
• Support in implementation of global tax policies and strategies, and inter-company transfer pricing arrangements
• Provide tax related support for M&A activities, including tax structuring and tax due diligence etc.
• Work closely with external tax advisers and overseas colleagues on international tax matters

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant under ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 8 years of regional tax experience from professional firms and telecom or relevant industry; candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Good tax accounting knowledge, experience with regional corporate tax, indirect tax and other international matters (e.g. double tax treaties and transfer pricing)
• Experience in staff management
• Proficient in writing in Chinese and English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong tax technical and research skills
• Fast learner, willing to accept responsibility and work under tight timeline
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to drive cross-department projects
