Responsibilities

• Monitor daily accounting operations
• Handle daily accounts receivable, payable and general ledger
• Assist in debt collection activities and follow up with customers
• Review and analyze for accounting reports and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accounting schedules for month end / year end closing
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above preferably in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in full sets of Accounting the field of property management and cleaning industry is a must
• LCCI level 3 or above 
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, independent, accurate and reliable
• Experience in using Flex Accounting system is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
