Our client is a leading Property Development and Property Management Company who are currently looking to hire an Accountant / Senior Accountant to join their team in Hong Kong.

Location:  Cyberport

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the full set of accounts for our Facilities and Property Management businesses.
• Responsible for month-end closing and year-end closing exercises.
• Preparation of financial and management reports.
• Handle auditors’ enquiries independently.
• Assist in preparing ad hoc analysis as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 5 years' accounting and/or auditing experience gained from sizable organizations.
• Experience in handling finance and accounting works of facilities and property management companies is definitely a plus.
• Proficiency in Mircosoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge in Oracle Accounting System operation will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.
