Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting duties including preparing journal entries, manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory, payment processing, cash flow and bank reconciliation
- Assist in month end closing and maintaining relevant accounting schedules
- Prepare analysis reports as required
- Assist in the yearly audit
- Provide clerical & administrative support
- Perform other ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline;
- Over 1 year working experience in accounting work;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word is a must;
- Past experience in SAP is an advantage;
- Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin;
- Independent, well-organised, analytical;
- Positive attitude, detailed minded with good interpersonal skills;
- Immediately available is highly preferred;
