Our clients are now looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Accounts Receivable Officer

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or in Credit & Collection is a plus;
• Responsible for debt collection, manage outstanding accounts in APAC region and resolve payment issues;
• Liaise with customers on the account balance and prepare analysis reports;
• Keep track on customers’ payment record and behavior;
• Responsible for preparing data and credit assessment for approval;
• Good PC skills including MS Office;
• Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Senior accounts clerk are also welcome.
  

Post 2: Accountant 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 2 years experience in related field;
• Responsible for Credit Note processing for Asia Pacific region;
• Assist in month end closing by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations;
• Prepare and perform monthly reports and monthly analytical review;
• Good PC skills including MS Office;
• Knowledge with ERP system is preferable
• Create, maintain, and manipulate large MS Excel data models.

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$18-25K x 13 months (Depends on candidate's experience);
• 5-day work;
• Working location: Shatin;
• Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm;
• Good fringe benefits, e.g. banking holiday, medical, dental etc. will be provided.
