Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable, staff reimbursement and petty cash
• Responsible for operation transactions and operation cash inflow & outflow
• Responsible for Urbtix transactions and cash handling
• Handle cash bank in, payment of demand notes and bank reconciliation
• Assist in stock take and fixed asset counts
• Responsible for Finance department clerical duties
• Assist to prepare ad hoc analysis reports

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant accounting working experience
• LCC intermediate level or business administration or related
• Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Candidate with more experience will be considered senior position. 
• Immediate available preferred
