Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable daily operations including invoices and payments.
• Ensure payments are supported and approved in compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents.
• Liaise with internal and external parties regarding queries and disputes with their accounts.
• Assist in financial closing in timely manner.
• Assist to prepare AP reports and reconciliation.
• Handle general filing and administration work.
• Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit and other ad hoc tasks.

 Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant working experience.
• Good problem solving and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Diligent and proactive.
• Numerical sensitive with analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
