Job Description

As a team member of the financial accounting team, he/she is responsible for the daily accounting operations and month end closing in related with Accounts Payable function.

What You'll Do: 

  • To assist in financial accounting functions in the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Section
  • To handle data checking, data entry and provide routine accounting support to the department
  • To take part in the month end closing and preparation of accounting schedules and reports
  • To handle general accounting clerical duties and filing
  • To handle ad hoc duties assigned

What You Have: 

  • Diploma in accounting or relevant discipline
  • Experience with computerized accounting software or ERP system is advantage
  • High proficiency with MS Excel
  • Proactive, detail minded and a good team player
  • Responsible, willing to learn, multi task and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet timeline
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
