Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Accounts Receivable
- Follow-up overdue invoices with debtors by calls or email proactively
- Monitor customers' credibility
- Prepare monthly statement, monthly aging report and credit management report
- Assist in month-end closing with regards to Accounts Receivable
- Handle daily office routine tasks and Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and credit control
- Good written and spoken English is an advantage
- Team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and strive for continuous development
- Familiar with PC applications and good communication skill
- With less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
- Immediate available is highly preferred
