Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AP / AR functions
- Prepare payments in an orderly manner including handling receipts, verifying journal entries and preparing vouchers
- Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Providing general clerical and administrative support, such as data entry, filing and office supplies ordering
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5/DSE holder with LCCI intermediate or above
- At least 2 years of solid working experience in responsible for AP/AR functions
- Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient PC skills including MS Words and Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
