We are the market leader in retailing fresh food. To cope with the rapid growth of the Group, we are now seeking for talents to join our family and this position will report directly to the Accountant and Manager.

Job duties and role responsibilities:

• General accounting duties including preparation of vouchers, journals and daily payments by issuing cheques, bank transfers, bank reconciliation, etc
• Communication with suppliers and to reconcile statements of account before execution of payments
• Reconciliation of collections from customers
• Assist in month-end reports and other simple reports/schedules preparation
• To complete other assigned tasks when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accountancy or business-related discipline or equivalent
• Hands-on work experience in accounting or equivalent is an advantage
• Good command in MS office and Chinese word processing; experience in MYOB and/or Yonyou is an advantage
• Good communication skills and people’s skills
• Good team player with positive mindset who is also willing to learn and contribute to the team towards the success of the Group
• Applicants with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Accounting Assistant
• Immediate availability is preferred, but not a must.
