Our Client is a listed company in HK, now they are looking for a Deputy Financial Controller based in Guangzhou to assistant Financial Controller focus on the business operation finance analysis work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist our Financial Controller in supervising a large Finance team in Guangzhou on financial and management reporting, budget control, financial analysis, tax compliance and daily accounting operations
• Provide finance advice and implement various financial and operational requirements to drive business improvement
• Prepare financial simulation and analysis on different business scenarios for management review and business decisions
• Enhance and enrich existing financial and management reporting systems to support operational and strategic decision
• Manage and monitor all expenditures with prompt follow up / actions
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting disciplines
• Qualified member of ACCA/HKICPA or other professional accounting associations
• Over 8 years relevant experience in sizable organizations in PRC and with at least 3 years audit experience. Working experience in retail industry is preferable
• Well versed in PRC accounting standard and tax regulations
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Experience in ERP system and in preparing business / financial analysis
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Station in Guangzhou and frequently travel to PRC regional offices is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager
