We are a rapidly growing Fintech company located in Hong Kong Island, seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the position of Accounting Officer in our Accounting & Administration Department. Details of the position are as follow:                         

Job details:

• Prepare full set of financial statements on a monthly basis
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit
• Assist in company secretarial documentation
• Responsible for day to day accounting duties such as voucher preparation, data inputs, billings, receipts and payments, filing, etc.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in system
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / LCCI Level 3 or above in Accountancy
• 3+ years' accounting experience in handling full set of accounts
• Integrity, strong sense of responsibility and work independently
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbook, WAVE) and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, mature, able to work independently under pressure
• Persistent, detail minded and strong organizational & interpersonal skills
• Good written English and proficient in Chinese writing & typing and Putonghua speaking
