Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform daily accounting operations including vouchers, cheque payments, journal entries, petty cash, employee reimbursement, bank transfers
• Preparing financial reports/analysis
• Inventory count and preparation of inventory count report
• Assist in year ended audit and tax filing
• Handle ad hoc assignment from the top Management

 Requirements:  

• Diploma in Accountancy or holder of LCCI Higher
• Over 2 years’ experience in accounting role, preferably in trading industry
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Hands-on experience in ERP system (Peachtree, SAP)
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Strong sense of responsibility, Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• Immediate availability
• Less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
