Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to Accounting Manager and supervise the team in performing daily accounting functions
- Responsible in AR, AP, GL and other financial accounting operations
- Prepare and distribute cash / cheque for monthly payment, expenses claim
- Assist in preparing financial performance analysis on reports/projects
- Liaison with customers and PRC team
- Liaison and co-ordinate with external and internal auditors for annual statutory audit or internal audit reviews
- Handle ad-hoc assignment
- Diploma in Accountancy &/or holder of LCCI Higher
- Min 2 years experiences to handle full set accounts preferably in Food & Beverage Industry
- Good PC skills including Excel, Word and Chinese word-processing
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with ERP system
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Immediate availability
