Job Description
- Sustain and improve on Vitasoy Risk Management Framework, including advising and interacting with senior management and business units on risk management
- Business partnering with business units of various geographical locations on risk engagement activities to facilitate comprehensive risk identification, assessment and remediation
- Maintain and enhance oversight on risk identification, monitoring and controlling activities that include designing and reviewing Key Risk Indicators
- Conduct independent risk analysis as a risk specialist and provide timely insights to senior management on emerging risk issues
- Facilitate the enhancement of incident and crisis management programme
- Drive risk management process productivity and effectiveness with Governance, Risk & Compliance System and in-house analytics capability
- Improve risk awareness and culture through training and communication
- Maintain risk management dashboards and facilitate timely reporting for senior management, Audit Committee, the Board of Directors and other external stakeholders
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- 8 years’ in-depth knowledge and hands on experience with enterprise risk management preferably in F&M, FMCG industries or other large corporates, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Degree holder in Risk Management, Accounting, Audit, Finance, Law or related disciplines
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience with key risk indicators, GRC system, crisis management and data analytics is highly preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently with good multi-tasking skill
- Big 4 candidate is also welcome
- Travelling is required
