Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To issue rental bills to the tenants of URA properties
- To assist in handling the financial matters relating to property sales and manage the stakeholders’ accounts
- To prepare journal entries for accounting transactions, and support month-end and year-end closing
- To assist in compilation of corporate budget and financial projection
- To perform any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or equivalent; or Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder plus 2 years’ accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting systems preferred
- Good computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
