Our client is a HK based garment manufacturer with 60 years’ experience in manufacturing, real estate development in Hong Kong, PRC, and Southeast Asia

Duties:

• Handle full set of accounts including accurate bookkeeping, month-end closing and monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare budget and forecast preparation
• Liaise with external auditors on financial audit
• Provide financial analysis on HK and PRC projects
• Perform ad hoc assignment and projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance preferably
• Qualified Member of HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant PRC experience/exposure, experience from audit firm is highly preferred
• Experience in property development industry is a must; and
• Regular traveling is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Able to work under tight schedule and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, and hard-working
