• Assist the Payroll Team in various HR duties including monthly payroll preparation, etc
• Assist in maintaining an accurate and updated employee database
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, report preparation, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University student in HRM or any related discipline
• Sensitive to numbers, detail-minded and well-organized
• Good analytical skills with basic knowledge of Excel
• Could work for 2-3 days per week
• Immediately available is highly preferred
