Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily routine accounting works on accounts payable section, including data input, filing, preparation of journals and payments, etc.
• Handle clerical works
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in Accounts Payable operation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word Processing
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
• Detail-minded, responsible, keen to learn, can meet tight timeline
• A good team player and can work under pressure
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Accounts Clerk, fresh graduates are welcome
