• Overall office administrative support
• Review company insurance policies and all risks
• Develop, implement and review administrative operations manual
• Manage and draft company in-house continuity plan
• Handle all in-house matters in an efficient and effective manner
• Manage the Administration
• Other duties allocated by the top management

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience;
• Experience in handling insurance claims
• Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin would be an advantage
• Mature, independent and flexible
• Possess strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
• Harding working, committed, team-player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
