Job Description
Job Highlights
- Experience in international trading will be a plus
- Eager to work in an English-speaking environment
- No overtime work is essential
Duties:
- Assist to handle daily email communication
- Provide all-round support to the English speaking Director
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in a trading/manufacturing industry
- Good command of written and spoken English (Major daily communication language in English with Director) & Cantonese
- Immediate availability will be definitely a plus
2) Accountant
Duties:
- Report to the English-speaking Director
- Handle full set of accounts including daily account entries inputs, AP/AR follow-up, etc
- Prepare weekly statistic reports, monthly/year-end financial reports and annual/tax return
- Assist to prepare shipping and banking documents as well as performing custom declaration
- Perform general administrative support and ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Min. 5 years of accounting experience in the MNC trading company
- Good command of written and spoken English (Major daily communication language in English with Director), Mandarin & Cantonese
- Past experience in handling I/E shipping & banking documents is highly preferred
- Familiar with Peachtree accounting software will be a plus
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
