Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior/Finance Accountant and wider finance team
• Perform reconciliations of accounts
• Process payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
• Handle and verify financial statements, journal entries, general ledgers and accounts and make corrections where appropriate
• Prepare profit and loss accounts sheets
• Prepare the Month-end and year-end closing
• Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Tertiary standard or above with a recognized professional accounting qualification
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in trading firm
• Solid working experience in foreign enterprise is preferred
• Able to handle full set of accounts, audit preparation and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office application and computerized accounting systems
• Experience in Quickbooks and ERP system would be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English/Chinese
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
