• Prepare and present financial performance on regular basis, including monthly financial and business reviews, periodic forecast and budget variance analysis; indicate any financial opportunities and risks to our business leaders.
• Responsible to ensure our business within the region are compliant with Group finance, internal control policies and other tax/audit requirements.
• Review the work completed by our regional finance shared services center to ensure it's accuracy, e.g. accounting schedules, tax computation etc. 
• Acting as the key contact point between the business and regional finance team to provide financial support to our leaders in order to support key commercial decisions.
• Partnering with the business to provide timely and comprehensive annual budgets as well as periodical forecasts.
• Facilitate in formulating, implementing, gathering information for KPIs, and  support the leaders to ensure key operational, commercial and financial KPIs are met/exceeded.
• Assist to gather data and carry out research in performing different analytical review and business analysis.
• Lead, coach and motivate junior finance team members and ensure all objectives/development plan are clearly set for cascade down at the beginning of the year with regular review/feedback mechanism in place.  
• Assist in development of procedures to obtain operation efficiency between operation and the Regional Finance team.
• Assist to review and analyze financial data relating to various projects and participate in project meetings as needed. Participate in business reviews and discussion as required

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• CPA or CIMA qualified would be a distinct advantage.         
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably gained through reputable professional services or financial services firms. FP&A experience is essential.
• Experience in change management, from idea inception to fully implementing changes proposed would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management skills and influencing skills.
• Methodical with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and summaries complex information for onward communication to internal key stakeholders and externally as may be required.
• Exceptional attention to details and strong problem solving skills.
• Good people management skills and be able to lead and motivate juniors.
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP and/or Viewpoint will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency.
