Jobs Responsibility

1. Responsible for full set of account for head office and its subsidiary, consolidated account is required;
2. Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules at month-end;
3. Ensure timely and accurate financial accounts and management reports to management;
4. Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends;
5. Proactive to communicate with cross functional teams to identify potential issues that lead to mis-statement;
6. Liaise with auditors, lawyers, investment banks and other professional parties for corporate projects or exercises;
7. Handle daily administration works;
8. Other ad-hoc matters

 Jobs Requirements

1. Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines and member of recognised accounting bodies;
2. At least 3 years accounting experiences;
3. Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good analytical & problems solving techniques
4. Well versed in PC Skills;
5. Hands on, proactive, result-oriented, detail-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule;
6. Good command of English and Chinese
