Job Description:

• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end financial consolidations and prepare  financial statements, reports & accounting schedules;
• Coordinate with external auditors for interim and annual audits;
• Assist in preparation of interim and annual results of the Group;
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, including Group consolidations thereof;
• Prepare operational analyses and reports;
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations;
• Handle tax filings;
• Perform other adhoc jobs assigned by the company;

 Requirements:

• Available immediately or with short notice
• 4-5 years' experience in financial consolidations; experience in listed companies, MNC or sizable audit firms preferable
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Solid technical knowledge of complex manual consolidations for multiple subsidiaries and IFRS accounting standards
• Good understanding of month end processes and internal controls
• Responsible, detail-minded, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines with strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required 
• Proficient in MS Office
•  Experience in Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise One ERP system an advantage
