Subsidiaries and operations of the group are located across mainland China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Cambodia. A replacement of Internal Audit Manager is now opened for application.

 
Job Duties

• Assist in an audit including scoping, fieldwork, planning and reporting
• Execute audit testing to ensure audit fieldwork is focused on the proper area and documentation meets high quality standards
• Conduct risk management and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare audit conclusions and findings, and present to Group IA director and senior management of the auditees;
• Handle open audit issues and come up with remediations;
• Assist the audit team in covering market and regulatory events as well as business and technology updates
• Participate in department-wide improvement plan on IA's processes and supporting infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Willing to frequent travel is a must (around 3 seasons per year)
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
• Strong command of written and verbal English and Mandarin is a must
• Over 6 years of related experience in the real estate/manufacturing industries is preferred
