Job Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Finance
• Develop and implement various financial and operational requirements to drive business improvement
• Prepare and enhance reports for continuous business performance tracking
• Provide finance advice and administrative support to daily operations and projects of business units
• Strengthen internal control issues and identify opportunity for process improvement
• Assist in ad-hoc projects relating to system roll-out and process improvement
• Support any ad-hoc assignments as required

 Job Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant with a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 2-3 years in an audit firm 
• Self-motivated and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from all levels
• Detailed minded and analytical with good presentation skill
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with the flexibility to cope with changes
• Candidate with experience in construction, FMCG or retail industry will be an advantage
• Candidate with Oracle and ERP implementation experience will be an advantage
• Candidate with China experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
