THE JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for general data entry (Daily sales, Petty Cash, Accounts Payable)
• Handle daily AR and AP operations 
• Handle daily bank transactions and reconciliation
• Prepare variance, wastage and required reports
• Prepare stock-take and specific internal audits
• Other ad hoc assignments

 THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma 
• LCC Higher Level　
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferable in Catering industry
• Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Familiar with the accounting software: preferable Quickbook
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good numerical sense, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Must be detail-oriented
