High growth eCommerce and logistic startup looking for a committed finance manager with potential to tackle greater challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly internal financial reports and present key findings to stakeholders.
• Supervise the accounting team on internal/financial controls, budgetary, cash management, manage AR/AP cycles, ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial projections and sensitivity analysis on pricing and costing.
• Drive forecasting and budgeting process.
• Take part in system projects in business intelligence and accounting system streamlining.
• Work closely with the operation team to provide financial insights on revenue and overheads.
• Manage subordinates and development of the finance team.
• Taking on other ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• University graduate and qualified accountant with Big-4 training.
• At least 4-5 years auditing experience with CPA qualification. 
• Experienced in an all rounded finance role or business partnering focused function.
• Experienced in preparing consolidated statutory accounts and monthly management reporting package.
• Good knowledge of computerized accounting system and high proficiency in MS Office with system implementation experience such as NetSuite, Odoo highly relevant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good multi-tasking, analytical and project management skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Previous experience with e-commerce or logistic firms would be an added advantage.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Past exposure in managing and mentoring a small accounting team.
