The incumbent will be responsible for Hong Kong accounting functions with major focus on general ledger accounting

Your tasks:

• Coordinate and co-operate with Accounting shared service centre (SSC) on daily accounting functions and month end closing activities
• Act as a primiary contact and liaise with other departments on overhead invoices
• Fixed asset creation & maintenance, including annual physical count
• Handle intercompany expense recharge, prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and schedules
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Diploma or above, relevant studies in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good command of MS Office, Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with high sense of responsibility
