Job Description

Responsibilities

● Assist in preparing consolidated financial schedules, analysis and reporting for management use and financial reporting;

● Assist in preparing periodic announcements for listing requirements in Taiwan

● Liaise with external auditors and other professionals for audit, tax, secretarial, and other compliance matters ; and

● Participate in ad-hoc projects or other finance related matters

Requirements

● Diploma holder in Accountancy or related field or above

● Good knowledge of accounting standard and experience on group consolidation work is preferred;

● Good PC skill (MS Office & Excel) and knowledge in SAP is preferred but not a must;

● Hardworking, willing to learn, detail-minded and well-organized;

● Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player; and

● Willing to work under pressure and good time management skills

● Immediate available is preferred
