Our client, an international law firm is urgently looking for a Revenue Controller to join their dynamic team in Quarry Bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for high level of accuracy and completeness of bill preparation and final processing 
• Liaise with attorneys, secretaries and clients on billing and AR matters 
• Monitor office and client’s accounts in accordance to Solicitors’ Accounts Rules 
• Perform AR settlement 
• Responsible for month-end closing and prepare bank reconciliation 
• Prepare monthly time and billing reports 
• Prepare WIP, trust and unapplied cash report analysis 
• Proactively work with attorneys on trust and unapplied cash allocation against issued invoices and make necessary fund transfer to trust account 
• Monitor the billing process 
• Oversee the retainer invoice process and review retainer receipts status 
• Attend to firm’s internal/ external audit issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 2 year experience in credit control role within international law firms/ professional firms or commercial sectors
  
• Able to perform analysis presentation on credit status in firm's meeting
• Fluent English and Mandarin is required
