Responsibilities:

• Implement credit control procedures and policies
• Participate in SAP UAT and ERP system implementation projects
• Review overdue debtor reports and follow up with sales team
• Perform sales analysis and various tasks in month end closing process
• Assist in preparation of Annual budget and Annual Audit
• Handle workflow improvement
• Assist and support in SAP project
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Qualified Member of a Recognized Professional Institute of Accountants (HKICPA, ACCA)
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in accountancy firm or commercial sector with at least 1 year at supervisory level
• Audit experience in Big Four is an added advantage
• Knowledge of SAP system is required
• Ability to communicate both verbally & in writing in English & Chinese with fluency
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Analytical and details oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Good PC knowledge and skills, especially Excel
• Less qualification or experiences will be considered as Assistant Accountant
