Requirement

• Minimum 2 years accounting experience
• Diploma of accounting or above with LCCI Level 2 or equivalent level qualification
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of AX system is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, well organized, detailed-minded and self-motivated
• Good working attitude and hardworking
• Work closely with other department for daily operations.
• Immediately available is preferred
• Required travel to China frequently

Duties 

• Perform daily accounting function and provide general accounting support
• Handle simple full set of account, data input and filing independently
• Prepare routine payment and bank transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements of group companies
• Assist audit of group companies
• Provide clerical/administrative/ HR support as assigned by supervisors
• Any ad hoc duties are required by management
