You will

• Manage Account Receivables on group and company level
• Coordinate and manage the tax reporting of all locations
• Assist in month end closing
• Manage and review the accounting books of overseas entities
• Migrate the overseas third-party accounting services to in house services
• Responsible for the annual and quarterly budget and forecast
• Responsible for implementation of new accounting policies and/or guidelines
• Support new business and projects and collaborate with other teams
• Support ad hoc assignments as required

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience including experience in fast growing service industries
• Knowledge in Zoho Books or equivalent accounting software(s)
• Excellent MS excel skills
• Change and transformation mindset
• Positive, energetic, independent, detailed minded, well organized and can-do attitude
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
