Our client is one of the well-known dim sum restaurants in Hong Kong and is looking for an Assistant Accountant to support account duties:

Responsibilities:

•  Perform daily account payable tasks, such as invoice checking, data entry, process payment by e-banking / cheque, bank reconciliation and other related matters

• Handling staff reimbursements and petty cash

• Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records

• Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing and audit activities

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

  Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI certificate or equivalent

  • 1-2 years related working experience

  •  Accounting experience in F&B, FMCG, and Retail industries is highly preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in MS Excel

  • Experience in using Accounting systems is an advantage

  • Fast-learner, self-motivated, work independently, willing to-do and efficiently

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
