DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle invoices, vouching and payment with vendors and customers
• Handle daily accounting functions (AR, AP, Banking, GL)
• Prepare e-banking payment instructions and relevant financing documents
• Assist in month-end processes & relevant analysis, budget and forecast, etc.
• Handle enquiries from vendors for payment processing
• Perform data input, validation, and maintenance; files maintenance
• Perform other accounting and ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting
• SAP and HSBCNet experience preferred; competent computer skills (Excel & data entry)
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility; independent and organized style of working
• Self-motivated with analytical mind; attentive to details
• Good interpersonal skills; command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
