-          Min. 4 years working experience in accounting field

 Responsibilities:

-          Perform general daily accounting operations which include accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, invoicing, statement checking etc;

-          Assist in month-end closing and preparing accounting reports;

-          Responsible for monthly sales data entry, income record, expenses claims, cheque payments and bank reconciliations;

-          Perform in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

-          Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level or above in accounting;

-          At least 4 years working experience or above in accounting field;

-          Relevant accounting working experience in Beauty/Retail industry would be an advantage;

-          Sensitive to figures, Details minded, Multi-tasking and capable to manage tight schedule, Self-initiated with can-do attitude;

-          Well-knowledge in using Microsoft Word & Excel, hands-on experience in QUICKBOOKS  is an advantage;

-          Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;

-          Initiative, pleasant and strong sense of responsibility;

-          Immediate available is an advantage;

-          Higher qualifications and experience in handling full set of books will be considered as Accounting Officer.
