Responsibilities:

• Experience in financial analysis, compliance and control and project management
• Oversee monthly consolidated and management accounts of group of companies
• Carry out credit, budgetary and risk management controls
• Develop financial strategy in alignment of business direction and help the business departments to drive the result and meet the overall targets
• Review and develop the internal control procedures and policies of the company operations
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers
• Handle ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• Member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Experience in audit would be an advantage
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross functions
• Good communication skills
