• Provide support to Customer Services Manager on the daily operation job
• Provide customer services (such as RMA & customer complaint handling)
• Follow up enquiries & update of CRM
• Sales order processing
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement

Report to Customer Services Manager

• To support the sales administration activities
• To handle the customer service activities, eg. Telephone enquiries, RMA, complaint etc
• University graduate with 1 – 2 years related working experience
• Pleasant, proactive, strong sense of responsibility
• Good telephone manner and communication skill
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Well organized & multi-tasking skills

We offer 5 days work, bank holidays and our factory is located in Hong Kong
