Job Descriptions:

• Handle settlement transactions through internal system and external clearing platform respectively in an effective and efficient manner.
• Handle pre-settlement and post settlement investigations to ensure daily operations are in compliance.
• Handle monetary transaction adjustment. Liaise with accounting, legal/compliance when necessary.
• Handle customers' enquiries and provide solutions.
• Closely liaise with our Head Company and overseas clients, assist to design and develop, plan and promote cash management services to our clients.
• Write report base on basic data analyze.
• Develop system upgrade projects and participate in user acceptance test.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Our Requirements:

• University degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other Business-related subjects.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong self-motivation are also welcome.
• Patient, outgoing, mature, well-organized, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good risk management and compliance awareness.
• Good team player, hardworking.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• High language proficiency in both English and Chinese(Mandarin) .
