Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform daily accounting operation including payment preparation, data input, vouchers review and preparation timely and accurately

2. Prepare Company month end financial report

3. Follow up payable related matters and outstanding invoices with vendors

4. Assist month-end closing and prepare related schedules and reconciliation

5. Prepare other reports and assist in special/ ad hoc projects as required or requested by supervisor.

Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy or above with at least 2 to 3 years of solid accounting experience

· Knowledge of Sage accounting software is an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, etc.

· Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and be supportive to the team

· Immediate available is preferred
