Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Employment Contract, Payroll, MPF, Taxation, Insurance, and other HR and Admin related duties;
  • Provide general administrative support to the team;
  • To coordinate internal & external communication
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials
  • Carry out general clerical duties that includes filing, data entry, record keeping and purchase supplies when required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary level or above
  • 1+ years solid experience in administrative section
  • Good command both in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
