Our client is prestigious luxury good holding company with a diverse jewellery, watches and fashion portfolio. They have more than 35,000 staff over the world. They are hiring a contract brand controller to maintain for financial planning and analysis of their Brands in Hong Kong & Macau markets. This is a business partnering role work closely with Brands' Managing Directors to drive and manage the planning cycles. This position reports to Regional Brand Controller.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance business partner of Hong Kong and Macau's Managing Directors and/ or departmental directors to support them on business decision making and resource allocation process
• Brand Financial Planning: Prepare, manage and drive Brands' planning process according to the guidelines from HQ and regional office, ensuring the delivery of qualitative and accurate financial information in strategic business plan, yearly budget and quarterly forecast
• Review Brand's investment and approval (CAR) process. Drive and manage the investment proposal and handles analysis regarding procedure
• Support Brand's decision-making process on business performance management with financial analysis and simulation
• Work on transversal financial analysis for Hong Kong and Macau markets
• Support ad hoc analysis required by management

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 5 years finance or accounting experience, ideally with 2 years financial planning & analysis or controlling experience of sizable MNC
• Proficient in Excel, able to manage high volume of data with complexity accurately
• Highly process-driven and systematic in approach
• Knowledge in SAP/SAC systems will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Effective stakeholder management in matrix environment
• Good Team player with challenging partnership
